The positions require a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning or related field along with 7 - 8 years’ experience in planning, design or construction of public transportation capital projects or railroad improvement projects. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Assistant Program Manager Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning or related field or equivalent and seven (7) years of increasingly responsible experience in planning, design or construction of public transportation capital projects or railroad improvement projects. Program Manager Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning or related field and eight (8) years of increasingly responsible experience in planning, design or construction of public transportation capital projects or railroad improvement projects.
