Arcadis are excited to again be growing their Program and Project Management team. We are looking for enthusiastic PPM professionals to join our team to work on a range of projects with a focus on sustainability and resilience.
As part of our Programme and Project Management team, you’ll help deliver some of the biggest, most iconic projects imaginable, with some of the best talent around. With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you’ll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients every day.

Role accountabilities:
Work within established procedures to produce, analyze and report information for projects in order to identify any anomalies or discrepancies and ensure management has access to up-to-date and accurate information on the project Engage with others on the project to review and revise plans as necessary to continue to provide management with up-to-date and accurate information on the project · Individually contribute to a range of professional assignments and monitor in order to support the delivery of projects to time and quality standards · Independently collate and interpret data to prepare documents · Analyse data and trends on project to develop simple recommendations to support senior colleagues in their decision making process · Take a proactive role in monitoring and evaluating existing programme and project controls processes in order to identify opportunities and provide advice for the improvement of processes and systems · Complete complex, professional level tasks as requested by colleagues, prioritising case load and interpreting established processes and procedures in order to effectively support the PPC function · Liaise with stakeholders from across the business to provide specialist advisory support to internal clients, acting as a focal point for operational project queries and ensure that there is alignment between process and operational practiceQualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience Should have experience in using Oracle ERP Experience across 2 - 3 sectors Relevant professional certification and/or working toward chartered status is a plus Relevant business experience, including experience supporting large and complex projects Good communication skills, including the ability to liaise with peers and senior colleagues and build and maintain relationships Commercial awareness and organizational understanding A logical approach and ability to think through complex issues to co-ordinate multi-faceted aspects of projects Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently Proficiency in using relevant software and systemWhy Arcadis?
