Assistant Project Coordinator
Job Details Division: [[division_obj]] Location: [[filter4]] , [[filter3]] , [[filter2]] Other Available Locations: [[mfield1]] Basic Job Functions: The Assistant Project Coordinator role is intended to lead to a position as a Project Coordinator. Responsibilities of the Assistant Project Coordinator include but are not limited to: + Assisting the Project Coordinators in managing orders, assuring accuracy, and completeness of required documentation. + Assists with coordination and management of transfer projects for KBS. + Assisting in the coordination of resources between departments to maximize profit on each job. + Multi-tasking between projects, scheduling, pricing, phone & email correspondence + Serves as secondary for the Sales Service Admin for warranty and other Admin duties. + Travel in a supporting role to sales meetings, customers offices, and jobsites. [[cust_safetyState]] Minimum Qualifications: + High School diploma or equivalent + Background in computer use with skills in Microsoft Office + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for Visa sponsorship now and in the future.
