As Assistant Project Manager with Inframark, you will manage day-to-day activities of a team providing contract operations, maintenance, and management of multiple wastewater treatment plants
You would:
Develop new plans, programs and operations to attain higher quality levels of service and/or cost saving over present conditions Plan major capital improvement needs and corresponding revenue sources Prepare annual budget and monitors financial revenue and expense reports to monthly budgeted variancesMaintain accurate records and prepare reportsInterview, training, instructing, coaching and mentoring personnel in work methodsAssign and schedule work, review for accuracy and clarityAdminister progressive discipline process to hold subordinates accountable and improve project performanceEstablish and maintain positive working relationships with Project Director and client(s)Ensure compliance with City, County, State, and Federal regulations and policiesQualifications:
High school diploma, college degree preferredValid driver’s license5 or more years of supervisory and operations experience in Wastewater OperationsClass 1 Wastewater Operators License in Georgia or ability to receive through reciprocityPossess exemplary leadership, communications, and team-building skillsStrong detail-oriented work styleProven experience in making sound financial, technical, and human resources decisionsProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous benefits and bonus plan.
