Assistant Project Manager

Our client is looking for a skilled Civil/Site Assistant PM/PM to join their Site/Civil Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate across disciplines, and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment. They're seeking a candidate with a solid technical background, strong communication skills, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.Core Responsibilities:- Develop designs for site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management systems, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and erosion control measures.- Oversee project execution, including zoning approvals and land development permitting.- Perform field inspections and conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses.- Prepare detailed site plans, environmental impact assessments, and comprehensive project reports.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level designers and analysts.

This is a Permanent position based out of Birmingham, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00/yr.

Medical Plans (via Aetna):
PPO Plus: Lower deductible ($600 individual / $1,200 family), copays for office visits, and prescription coverage.
HDHP with HSA: Higher deductible ($1,900 individual / $3,800 family), but includes a Health Savings Account (HSA) with tax advantages.
