As an Assistant Project Manager you will serve as project support by planning, organizing, and implementing project management principles. This position must demonstrate an understanding of how the business runs, how changing circumstances are handled, and who to contact when there are questions. It is essential to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Critical for success are the abilities to work independently and as a part of a team, meet deadlines, and anticipate and meet internal customer needs. The anticipated salary range is $82,000 to $106,750. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes:

High School diploma, GED, or 1-3 years of related construction experience

Hawaii Resident Minimum 2 years

Ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
