Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

This position will primarily support the Senior Project Manager with various activities to ensure the proper and timely completion of a 329 MW solar farm in Petersburg, IN.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule project meetings to ensure effective communication.Address and resolve project-related issues promptly.Support the project manager in monitoring project budgets.Track expenses and provide regular budget updates.Assist in cost estimation and analysis.Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of quality control measures.Assist in inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.Essential Skills1+ years of experience as Assistant Project Manager on larger commercial/industrial projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients.Ability to effectively present information.Additional Skills & QualificationsAny previous solar experience.Work Environment

Will be working 100% onsite supporting civil work for the construction of a 329 MW solar farm. Can expect to work 50-hour weeks on average, with potential for some weekend work as things ramp up, but will likely be Monday to Friday for the most part. Proper PPE will be required while on the job.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
