Job Description
We are looking for a junior level Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer with 2-3 years of basic project management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project management and be eager to grow with the company.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish.Prepare and manage submittals and construction documentation.Utilize project management software such as Procore, QuickBid, and Onscreen for project coordination.Oversee wood framing and commercial construction projects.Ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.Collaborate with the project team to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.Essential Skills2-5 years of experience in construction project management.Proficiency in Procore, Onscreen, and QuickBid.Strong project coordination and project engineering skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with wood framing and commercial construction.Knowledge of construction submittals and documentation.A positive attitude and a desire to grow with the company.Work Environment
This position is based in the office, working under the VP of Operations. You will be working on various projects including rough carpentry, general carpentry, finishing carpentry, drywall, metal framing, and acoustical walls and ceilings. The work environment is collaborative and focused on maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship. The role requires being in the office five days a week.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/hr.
