Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)As the Assistant Project Manager you will support and work alongside with the upper management team being responsible for managing projects from purchase order to customer site installation ensuring customer satisfaction along the way. Strong candidates will demonstrate the ability to communicate with upper management, project team and customers to ensure services meet customer needs.
Duties:
Overseeing projects including chlorination, flushing, and sampling while being onsite and hands on.Support upper management with site visits, damage control, project coordination and customer relationship.Analyzing data and tracking and reporting project progress.Response to all customers in a timely manner (customer complaints, request, etc.) via email, by phone and/or in person.Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:
Requirements (or based on experience with all listed info below)
Associates or Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred or at least 3 years supervisory experience in Plumbing or Mechanical field.Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, ability to work with little supervisionExcellent problem solving – hands on workProficient with computers and MS Office.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
