**Assistant Project Manager position is remote but must have excellent internet service and work on EST.**
**Required to have 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager.**
**Rate is 40.00 per hour working as Experis w/2 employee with benefits**
**Position is not open to corp. to corp. or H-1 transfer or Stem/OPT.**
This position is looking for contract that has strong experience with data analytical .
Well established set of analytical and critical thinking skills.
Must have good customer services skill to be able to interact with customer, staff, and other lines of business within the organization.
Mandatory to have Microsoft Excel which includes pivot tables, graphing, and other advanced formulas and functions.
Will be required to do data entry to track information.
Analytical & Ability to understand and navigate different database systems (experience with NEIS and/or Salesforce is a plus)
Must have strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills required.
Someone coming from financial reporting background would be desired.
This position is working with the engineer department, but you do not need and engineer background.
The Technical Services efforts need support for application processing, project transactions, contracting, data analysis, data entry, business process improvements, reporting, and oversight and triage of the Program inboxes.
This role is the backbone of the Technical Services initiative.
The current large intake and workload for those programs has overwhelmed existing coordination team and led to delays in application assignments and contracting leading to concerns from service providers, which could lead to reduced participation and value to service providers.
This role would build capacity for the existing Team, enabling us to address the current and forecasted pipeline of projects in a timely fashion.
