Seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Superintendent with 7+ years of experience in wastewater/water treatment and a Connecticut Class 4 Wastewater License.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Oversee hiring, training, performance, and development.Project Evaluation: Recommend improvements in staffing, scheduling, and equipment.Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.Reporting: Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports.Procurement: Manage material procurement.Documentation: Maintain work order system and records.Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 7+ years in wastewater treatment or equivalent experience.Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License and CT Class 4 Wastewater Operator License or eligibility for reciprocity.Technical Skills: Proficiency in facility operations, Microsoft Office, and analytical results interpretation.Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication and positive customer experience.Problem Solving: Detail-oriented with innovative problem-solving skills.Management Skills: Effective task delegation, prioritization, and feedback.Leadership: Motivates team, aligns with company values, and champions change.

Physical Demands: Office environment with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Travel: 5-10%
