The overall aim of this project scientist position is to work in a laboratory focusing on translational research of primary brain tumors. The project scientist is expected to have experience in basic biologic research techniques, including RT-PCR, western blotting, cell culture and gene knockout and knockdown experiments, among others. Additionally, it is expected that the project scientist be able to participate in presentations of original research, original publications and grant writing.

The applicant must have a PhD or equivalent degree in a biomedical research related field and have at least three years of working experience in the field. The candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
