\n\nJob Summary:
\nThe Assistant Property Manager is directly responsible for all tenant interaction and helping oversee the physical assets managed by the Las Vegas branch rental division.
\nResponsibilities Include:
\n\nInteracting with tenants, owners, prospects, applicants and agents by phone, email and software interaction in a professional and organized manner\nManaging rent collections, delinquency postings, and collections activities\nOverseeing internal systems to stay organized, share team data to maintain job transparency and stay focused on achieving company goals\nMaintaining filing, databases, spreadsheets, etc.\nOverseeing work orders, maintenance calls, follow up, and invoicing\nMLS date entry & website marketing\nAssisting with all other branch activities with special projects and other assigned tasks when needed\nOccasional work in the field, i.e. placing lockboxes on vacant properties\n\nThis position is an hourly position is eligible for monthly bonus and commission base on rental agreements etc.
\n\n RequirementsEducation/Experience Requirements
\n\nBachelor's Degree Preferred (or equivalent work experience)\nStrong attention to detail\nMust be proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and other similar computer programs. Experience with AppFolio preferred.\nAble to use various software packages and visual aids to produce accurate documents, presentation material, charts, graphics etc.\nBackground in Single Family Residential or Multifamliy Management is preferred\nAbility to multitask and prioritize critical tasks day to day\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nShould possess a strong aptitude to problem solve\n\n
