Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
2. Supplier Management
Assists in assessing and selecting suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness and delivery performance. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts and oversee their performance. Monitor supplier performance metrics and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Assists in supplier accreditation.

4. Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
Assists in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, and implement corrective actions.5. Risk Management:
Assists in identifying potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain and developing contingency plans to minimize their impact. Monitor market conditions, regulatory changes and geopolitical factors that may affect the supply chain. Implement risk mitigation strategies, such as dual sourcing, inventory buffering and supplier diversification.6. Team Management and Development:
Foster a collaborative results-driven culture, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
