R&D Design/Deploy Microbiology for ice cream innovation:
1. Formula Microbiological Design and Risk Assessment;
2. Raw Materials Risk Assessment;
3. Microbiology Specifications setup;
4. Process Design and Validation;
5. Safety and Stability Challenge Tests;
6. Pilot Plant and R&D Factory Validations;
7. Hygienic Design Validations and Sanitation, Disinfection, and CIP Validations;
8. Ensure end-to-end quality in microbiology science-based support, including (statistical) data analysis and visualization, interpretation & presentation, and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
9. Identify and adapt new methodologies/process/procedures enabling continuous future fit microbiological data science.
10. Lead technical input for relevant good manufacturing documents and training materials to ensure maintenance of product & process design knowledge.
