Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Manage of leases and real estate activities for assigned locations under the KNX umbrella.

Assist with property acquisitions/sales including contracts, due diligence, and closing processes.Assist in the negotiation of new leases and/or amendments tied to the expansion of existing sites and/or new properties.Manage legal documents: leases, subleases, estoppels certificates, termination agreements and other related legal documents in coordination with in-house and external legal counsel.Maintain a real estate database with detailed property information on Company owned/leased assets.Onboard new leases, lease modifications, and terminations into appropriate database.Maintain tenant files, certificates of insurance, and other required documents/notices.Prepare detailed financial and business data analysis, related to existing facilities, capital improvement projects and new/ future facilities.Assist in the preparation of capital expenditure reports related to facility improvements and developing new reports as needed.Review and Analyze operating expenses and coordinate with Landlords to seek additional information.Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

3+ years of directly related leasing experience required.Familiarity with the latest leasing management software preferred.Associates degree in related field and/or equivalent combination of work and/or education required.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must have a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Must have excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills and be capable of handling multiple tasks.Must be able to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations and business reports.Must be able to write business reports and correspondence.Must have excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.


Pay Range: $52,000.00 - $64,000.00 Annual
