We’re seeking an Assistant Residential Manager to work at one of our Behavioral Heath IRAs.
Responsibilities include maintaining behavior data, submitting proposals to relevant committees, and ensuring compliance with behavior management policies. The role involves overseeing the facility in the Residential Manager’s absence, supervising and training staff, assisting with employee management, and monitoring fire safety. Additional duties include coordinating documentation for person-centered planning, ensuring adequate staffing, managing funds, and updating assessments and plans as needed. The individual may be assigned to various facilities.
A Bachelor’s degree in human services is recommended but not required, with preference for one year of human services and supervisory experience. The candidate should have a genuine interest in human services, be self-directed, hold a valid driver’s license, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Salary for this position ranges from $18.35 to $22.18 per hour,
based on experience.
