Responsibilities:

\n\nOversee the bustling operations of our Food and Beverage outlets with exceptional customer service.\nBuild strong, happy relationships and make teamwork a blast!\nAssisting the restaurant manager in ensuring daily operations run efficiently, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.\nEnsuring the restaurant complies with all local health codes, safety regulations, and company policies.\nHelp recruit the best and brightest, manage with flair, train like a pro, and develop a dream team.\nAssist with annual and mid-year appraisals, turning them into celebrations of achievements and opportunities for future success.\nStay within budget and oversee monthly stock takes with precision and accountability.\n\n

About You:

\n\nHave full Australian working rights and physically in the Perth Metropolitan area (no sponsorship is offered)\nApproved Manager Certificate (or willingness to obtain)\nPrevious Food and Beverage Management or Supervisory experience\nKnowledge of Financial Systems and flexibility to respond to a range of work situations\nPositive attitude with good communication skills\nShowcasing a polished and professional appearance that inspires confidence and respect\n\n
