Assistant Retail Store Manager
Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team! In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales during our peak season. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and staff supervision. Lead and support a team of associates to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations. Help drive sales by implementing merchandising strategies, promotions, and suggestive selling techniques. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Train, coach, and motivate seasonal staff to meet performance expectations. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently. Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, and coordinate with the Store Manager on inventory needs. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assist with schudeling. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
