Job Description
Overview:
The Assistant Sales Manager, plays a supportive role in supporting the Sales team in meeting the sales and settlement goals for the respective community.
*This position requires weekend and evening working hours. It is located at Wendell Falls 1301 Baretto Drive. Wendell, NC 27591
Key Deliverables:
Achieve sales and settlement goals as defined by the Director of SalesGuide purchasers through the full homebuying journey—from initial sale through settlement and beyondProvide weekly updates to buyers on the status of their home throughout the processImplement and execute a sales plan for the assigned communityMaintain accurate records in Salesforce and Newstar Sales systemsFollow up with prospective buyers daily, weekly, and monthly through phone, email, and other communication channelsBuild relationships with relocation companies, real estate professionals, and local businesses through outreach, presentations, and referralsEnsure the professional appearance of the sales office, model homes, and community spaces by working with cleaners, landscapers, and service vendorsAttend bi-weekly sales meetings at the corporate office, as well as other required work-related meetingsSubmit weekly reports, including sales tracking via Tally, community logs, sales-construction meeting notes, and additional documentation as requestedMaintain general knowledge of the homebuilding market and competitor activity within the assigned communityFoster a professional and inclusive environment by treating all individuals with fairness and respectAdhere to Fair Housing Laws and the guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, including the Americans with Disabilities ActWhat You Bring:
