**Assistant Scientist** Laboratory Elkhorn, NE, US Pay Rate Low: 29.00 | Pay Rate High: 32.00 + Added - 06/02/2025 Apply for Job _Our esteemed client, a trailblazing global pharmaceutical powerhouse, renowned for their expertise in developing and manufacturing a wide array of world-class pharmaceutical drugs, life-saving vaccines, and innovative animal-health products, is in search of an exceptional Assistant Scientist to join their dynamic team._ **Shift** : Monday-Friday 1 st shift (8a-5p) **Pay** : $29-$32/hr **Requirements/Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree/Master's degree in a Relevant Biological Area (Bacteriology, Biology, Genetics, Immunology, Microbiology, Virology). + 3 years’ bench level laboratory experience in the Animal Health industry, preferably in an analytical support role or R&D. + Proficient in technical writing and use of Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Must have experience with ELISA and virus titrations + At least 1 year of Quality Control experience preferred **Responsibilities:** + Performs method improvement lab activities across multiple test platforms including live virus and bacterial titrations, hemagglutination assays, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) + Prepares and/or audits in vitro test data for statistical analysis + Assists in the preparation of protocols or reports for submission to regulatory authorities + Supports local, regional, and global program initiatives as assigned + Adheres to good documentation practices, including data integrity standards INDBH #LI-DNP We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
