Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Secretary/ Assistantfor our project team.

The key responsibilities include:
Act as a liaison between Head of Maintenance/Commercial and various internal and external stakeholders. Assist the executives and Head of Maintenance in handling special projects, internal/external events and ad-hoc assignments when required. Provide general administrative support to executives including expatriates and visitors, monitor and ensure all information flows. Maintain and organize both physical and digital documents, ensuring they are accessible and properly filed. Arrange management meeting and summarize key discussion points in minutes of meeting including follow up outstanding tasks to ensure proper execution. Manage and coordinate the Head of Maintenance/Commercial’s time, priorities, travel arrangement and itinerary, ensuring optimal time allocation and coordination including pool car management. Prepare information and documents, edit correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, and statistical charts for internal and external audiences. Manage integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate. Maintain highest level of confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information. Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Maintenance.Use your skills to move the world forward
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to handle multiple tasks with prioritization. Excellent adaptability and problem-solving skill.
