We’re seeking an Assistant Security Manager who embodies professionalism, discretion, and a guest-first mindset.
Role Overview
As Assistant Security Manager, you’ll support the Director of Security in overseeing all aspects of resort safety. You’ll lead a team of officers, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and respond swiftly to incidents—all while maintaining the refined atmosphere our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor security staff across shifts Monitor surveillance systems and access control points Conduct regular patrols and inspections of guest areas, back-of-house, and perimeters Lead emergency response efforts and coordinate drills Investigate incidents discreetly and document findings thoroughly Collaborate with departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Etc…) to resolve safety concerns Provide VIP protection and discreet support for high-profile guests Uphold luxury service standards while ensuring a safe & secure environmentQualifications
Proven experience in a luxury hospitality security Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with CCTV, access control, and incident reporting systemsCPR/First Aid certification preferredAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysA commitment to guest service and team collaborationJoin Us

This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay. This position is eligible for bonus.Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of hotel luxury experience, location, and education.
