PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49,500 – $66,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Training of team members assigning department schedules, assuring all post positions are filled according to company needs, overseeing the time keeping system ensuring team members punch in and out in a timely manner, accurately document staff attendance, late arrivals and overtime Recover, tag, log, secure, and inventory lost and found items, attempting to locate owner, and keep an accurate and up to date log of warnings issued Investigate incidents, motor vehicle accidents, and medical situations Keep an updated log of counterfeit currency recovered and controlled substances found on the property, as well as reporting procedural violations and illegal activity Comply with confidentiality regulations regarding all security and administrative information Role will require the operation of company vehicles on occassion. More about you High school diploma or equivalent required Security supervisory, law enforcement or related experience is beneficial Have and maintain a valid drivers license, pass a motor vehicle records check, and drug test Must be able to work a flexible schedule with minimum supervision Physical requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Shift detailsOvernight
