Assistant Service Manager

At RideNow Powersports, our success depends on providing the best customer service in the industry! We are a leader in the powersports retail industry, offering a wide range of products and services to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist in managing the service department and ensure the success of all processes and operations.
+ Supervise and train service department staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
+ Monitor and track the performance of the service department, including productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
+ Maintain a strong focus on service upsells and exceed sales goals.
+ Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
+ Ensure all service repairs are completed within the designated time frame and meet safety standards.
+ Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and overall customer satisfaction.
+ Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the powersports service field.
Requirements
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service department, preferably in the powersports industry.
+ Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
+ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
+ Proficient in using service management software and other computer applications.
+ Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
+ Knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories is a plus.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement.
