Assistant Service Manager Key Responsibilities

Assist in hiring, training, and managing service drive employees Support customer retention efforts by fostering positive relationships Oversee post-repair services, including vehicle delivery and test driving Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by addressing customer concerns promptly and according to dealership guidelines Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their service experience Collaborate with department leaders to achieve and exceed departmental goals and objectives
