Responsibilities Team Support and Collaboration: + Assist the Service Manager in supervising the service team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. + Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure consistent growth and performance excellence. + Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager and service department staff, promoting clear communication and teamwork. Operational Support: + Help oversee daily service department operations to maintain efficiency and productivity. Support the development and implementation of service procedures and standards to ensure high-quality service delivery. + Assist in managing workflow, prioritizing service requests, and optimizing resource allocation. Customer Engagement: + Work with the service team to ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. Compliance and Safety: + Promote compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and dealership policies. + Support the implementation of safety protocols to protect employees and customers. Budget and Resource Management: + Assist in monitoring department expenses and analyzing variances to support cost-control initiatives. + Collaborate on budget planning and execution to align with dealership goals. Requirements + Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. + Excellent communication and customer service abilities. + Basic technical knowledge of RV systems, repairs, and maintenance. + Familiarity with dealership operations and industry regulations. + Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. + Strong computer skills for managing schedules, budgets, and reports. Experience + 2+ years of experience in RV service, management, or a related field. + College degree preferred but not required. Compensation + $65,000 to $85,000 annually based on experience.
