Account Service: Assist Account Managers in handling policy changes, invoicing, issuing certificates, running MVRs, and managing client updates in systems like Sagitta and ImageRight.
Client Support: Respond to client inquiries, assist with policy changes, and gather necessary information for applications and quotes.
Team Assistance: Collaborate with team members, keep Account Managers informed, and provide general office support.
Receptionist Duties: Occasionally cover the front desk for breaks or when the receptionist is out.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Customer Service Experience: Background in customer service is a plus, but not required.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inaccuracies and address them promptly.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with others and maintain a positive work environment.
