You will be based on site within the Northwest, we are looking to attract experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Site Managers to join our social housing delivery team.

What your role will be

Connolly are experiencing strong growth in the planned refurbishment social housing sector and we have big plans for the future, and we want likeminded individuals to help us achieve our goals. If you have a dynamic attitude, a strong operational / refurbishment background and are customer service focused, this is the role for you. This could be your first step to a career in Connolly’s, as we encourage our Assistant Site Managers to increase their professional knowledge and look to promote internally.

You will join a strong diverse operational team that boasts a strong work ethic and are known for their friendly approach. As one of our Assistant Site Managers you will drive a safe and quality-based service for our housing customers. Whilst working closely with our internal teams, being forward thinking and ensuring all issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Assisting to work towards meeting internal and client KPI’s. The best interest of the customer is at the heart of what we do, working within client, company and statutory regulations.

You will be working Monday to Thursday 8am – 4.30pm and 8am – 3pm on a Friday.

You will actively promote the vision and values of Connolly Ltd.

Your background

We are looking for someone who is a forward thinker and proactive when solving problems, you can manage multiple priorities and enjoy variety in your work. Much of your role is dependent on developing positive health and safety culture and developing working relationships, communicating with operatives, contractors, customers and clients, so we require someone who has excellent IT, written and verbal communication skills. Experience working within a site-based environment is essential, we offer full support and training, to give you the skills you need to be an expert too.
