Required Education:

4 Year Degree Global Education & Sports Partners (GESP), a Massachusetts-based LLC, recruits domestic and international students for placement in U.S. boarding schools. GESP specializes in recruiting student-athletes, particularly male soccer players. Over the past seven years, GESP has partnered with eight schools to establish successful boys' soccer programs. These programs operate on a year-round academy model with distinct fall, winter, and spring seasons. GESP is responsible for recruiting players, identifying head & assistant coaching candidates, developing schedules, and providing comprehensive support. Target rosters typically consist of 20-24 players in the inaugural year, primarily international students.

For the fall of 2025, GESP has partnered with several schools seeking to establish new residential soccer programs. We are actively recruiting qualified candidates to fill the Assistant Coach positions at each school. GESP will conduct initial interviews with all interested applicants. Subsequently, successful candidates will be introduced to the respective schools for a second round of interviews.

Assist in all aspects of the soccer program, including training, game preparation, and player development. Support team dynamics both on and off the field within a residential setting. Travel extensively for weekend games. Is comfortable working and collaborating with a head coach and taking instructions Contribute to the broader school community by assuming an additional role as a teacher, advisor, or admissions personnel. Serve as a residential advisor, living on campus and providing guidance to students. Collegiate soccer playing experience Proven coaching experience Coaches must be eligible to work in the United States, including recent college graduates with OPT visa Willingness to travel internationally & live on campus Preferred fluency in Spanish, played as a goalkeeper or coached goalkeepers, has boarding school experience as a student or faculty member, and has experience with social media and video.
