ASSISTANT SOFTWARE ENGINEER - FULL STACK Concurrent Technologies Corporation Johnstown, PA Minimum Clearance Required: N/A Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: N/A Employee Background Check Required Key Responsibilities: + Assist in the design & development of the User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) using various technologies/libraries/frameworks: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS, Bootstrap. + Assist in the design & development of an applications server-side functionality and logic using various technologies: C#, VB.NET, ColdFusion, Java, Node.js. + Assist in the design & development of databases to that support the web applications using various technologies: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL, LINQ-to-Entities. + Assist in the entire software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, develop, test, implement, and deploy. + Meet with business entities and understand business processes with the intention of producing solutions that will help automate, validate, and simplify their job responsibilities. + assist in developing and supporting applications in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ColdFusion as well as supporting integrations with third-party cloud applications using REST and SOAP APIs. + Assist in managing the deployment and hosting of web applications on Microsoft Windows Servers through IIS, WordPress hosted websites on a Linux, Apache Web Server, as well as Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Automate and Power Apps. + Assist in developing data workflows, and ETL processes in support of company data and the data warehouse. Basic Qualifications: + Possesses a BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline, plus 0-2 years of experience. + Understanding/Experience of database structure, object-oriented programming and application lifecycle. + Experience in various languages, such as C#, VB, ColdFusion, PHP and other scripting languages as well as HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, JSON and other web development/application languages. + Understanding/Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud environment including Azure, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platforms. + Strong oral/written communication skills with customer-oriented attitude. Preferred Qualifications: + Direct experience with .NET development and other platform as well as scripting/application languages. + Direct experience with database/workflow as well as Deltek Costpoint integration. + Direct experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
