Job Title: Assistant Station Manager – SFO Location

What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Provide hands-on leadership to a team responsible for transportation and schedule management functions.
+ Lead a multi-site operation, managing revenues, KPIs, budget planning, and talent management.
+ Champion safety protocols and ensure all team members are committed to “Safety First.”
+ Create and execute efficient daily and weekly schedules to meet business needs.
+ Drive operational excellence by exceeding client expectations and delivering “Raving Fan” service levels.
+ Lead recruiting and employee training initiatives to maintain a well-trained, qualified workforce.
+ Oversee performance management, including documentation and delivery of performance write-ups and individual training plans.
+ Ensure accurate documentation and scheduling for vehicle maintenance.
+ Promote adherence to all office policies and procedures.

Requirements
Requirements:
+ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transportation or related industries- a plus
+ Strong technical and leadership skills to manage schedules, projects, and teams.
+ Passion for exceeding client expectations and addressing customer needs.
+ Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
+ Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
+ Must be fluent in English and eligible to work in Burlingame, CA.
+ Evening shift - 5/6pm- closing
+ Weekend / Holiday availability
