What You’ll Be Doing: + Provide hands-on leadership to a team responsible for transportation and schedule management functions. + Lead a multi-site operation, managing revenues, KPIs, budget planning, and talent management. + Champion safety protocols and ensure all team members are committed to “Safety First.” + Create and execute efficient daily and weekly schedules to meet business needs. + Drive operational excellence by exceeding client expectations and delivering “Raving Fan” service levels. + Lead recruiting and employee training initiatives to maintain a well-trained, qualified workforce. + Oversee performance management, including documentation and delivery of performance write-ups and individual training plans. + Ensure accurate documentation and scheduling for vehicle maintenance. + Promote adherence to all office policies and procedures.
