We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager of our BOSS Store in Oslo. As an Assistant Store Manager your objective will be to assist the Store Manager in managing the overall operation of the store to ensure that store productivity, sales and profitability goals are achieved and exceeded.

What you can expect:

\n\tEnsure effective communication to all team members of store performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.\n\tAssist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, motivating and developing the team to optimize store performance to reflect brand qualitites.\n\tDaily follow-up on performance and KPI's.\n\tTo assist the Store Manager in managing the overall operation of the store to ensure store productivity, sales and profitability goals are achieved and exceeded.\n\tWhenever the Store Manager is absent, the Assistant Store Manager must take over responsibility and its personnel.\n

Your profile:

\n\tYou are currently a strong salesperson with experience from a similar position in the fashion industry.\n\tYou have a positive approach to problem solving, and thrive in a dynamic environment.\n\tYou cope well under pressure and lead by example at all times.\n\tYou are fluent in verbal and written Norwegian and English.\n\tYou are an experienced MS Office user.\n\tKnowledge of SAP and SameSystem is an advantage.\n
