HUGO BOSS is looking for an Assistant Store Manager with experience in retail; Premium or Luxury retail for our Outlet located in C.C Las Roca Village. Santa Agnés de Malanyanes 69-70.
\n\nPermanent contract, full-time 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate must meet the following essential characteristics:
\n\n- Previous experience as Assistant Store Manager in Retail; Premium or Luxury from 3-5 years.
\n\n- Previous experience working with high turnover volumes; working in outlets.
\n\n- Experience managing staff; Staffing comprised of 30-40 pax.
\n\n- Advising the customer and ensuring that established standards are met.
\n\n- Guaranteeing customer loyalty and shopping experience.
\n\n- Understanding, analyzing and communicating business reports, results to the team and making decisions to achieve the established KPIs.
\n\n- Knowledge of the product and the brand and ensuring team training.
\n\n- Optimize product display alongside Visual Merchandising and the Store Manager.
\n\n- Ensure that the store facilities are in perfect condition.
\n\n- On-site position; located in La Roca del Valles Barcelona, possibility of working on-site daily.
\n\n- Ideal incorporation: January 2025.

What you can expect:
In your role as an Assistant Store Manager, you act as an inspirational role model and support the Store Manager to monitor and manage all store areas and team members in the KPI achievement with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service.
\n\n\n\n\n\tFull responsibility of all store areas and team members in the absence of the Store Manager and any operational tasks connected with this\n\tSupport the Store Manager in the recruiting process, staff planning and performance measurement\n\tResponsible for driving the team to achieve the location’s performance targets and KPIs\n\tImplement and maintain a customer centric mindset to build a loyal customer base\n\tDrive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed\n\tBuild and maintain awareness of our competitors and local markets by sharing any relevant findings with your Store Manager and retail team\n
Your profile:
\n\tPrevious experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment\n\tExcellent leadership and people management skills \n\tAbility to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business\n\tDemonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge\n\tWillingness to constantly learn & develop\n\tExcellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal\n\tExperience in networking & building relationships \n
