Responsibilities:
Customer Focus to enable the business growth:
Identify and prioritize customer centric end to end supply chain solutions. Ensure end to end supply chain processes are supporting customer and business needs to enable the business growthMonitor supply chain performance goals (OTIF-D). Initiate and lead corrective / improvement actions.Partner with cross functional team on new products introduction and product life cycle management.Deploy the warehouse and distribution technology to improve the operation efficiencyEngage in the network study and capacity exerciseManage supplier relationship and achieve associated performancesContract management without any gap and interruptionDistribution week for recognition and reflectionCompliance adherence
Complying to market regulations and JNJ quality requirements and fully accommodate internal external audit with minimal findingsStick to guidelines and principles of EHS and SODCost to serve to drive the profitability:
Well manage cost and budgets to ensure operation continuity within established budgetary. CIP and cost saving can be expected in any way.Fully follow RFQ process to support the tendering activityLogistics planning
Work with global and regional planning team on supply planning to get the inventory available to support the business requirement and meet customer expectation.Strategic partner as market point of contact
Play a vital role to act strategic partner to engage with commercial team to capture their expectations and requirements on supply chain to bring them into supply chain community for discussion of possible solutions and alignment, in the meantime, Update the progress of supply chain strategic initiatives, project and operations to keep them on the same page of what’s happening in the end- to-end supply chain.Responsibilities:

Bachelor degree in related discipline, master preferredHigh level of English proficiency.5-10 years of Supply Chain /WD operation experience.
