About the role
The Supply Planner role is a full-time role based in the Nottingham office reporting into the Supply Planning Manager.
The Supply team are responsible for working with multiple internal and external customers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the end-to-end supply planning process through on time delivery performance, systems and data expertise and inventory management.
Key activities include:
Working with vendors to achieve inbound order on time, in full objectives. Develop relationships, actively collaborate and challenge vendor performance to achieve these goals.Engage with Sourcing teams to enhance performance of vendors through on time delivery improvements, lead time reduction etc.To learn and understand systems and processes and maintain data flows to ensure there are no errors which could impact on inventory/customer order completion.To balance competing priorities across No7 Beauty Company & our vendors and to define and present options/decisions required by line managers.Evaluation and communication of short- and medium-term risks through Sales and Operations Planning process and communicate these risks to relevant teams.What you’ll need to haveSupply chain experience in a planning or other similar role demonstrating experience with planning systems and processes.Analytical approach to problem solving that shows capability of using data and tools to root cause and resolve issues.Self-motivated approach to continuous improvement.Customer centric in their approach through identifying the key stake holders and ensuring their needs are understood and met.Collaborative approach to work with focus on team building.Ability to identify risks and understand when/how to balance these to achieve operational goals.Ability to prioritise & manage varied workload and deadlines with potentially conflicting requirements.Good numeracy and communication/presentation skills.Experience of using E2Open and SAP or similar systems within a planning environment.Confident with Excel.History of working within a fast-moving consumer goods environment/organisation.Qualifications in Supply Chain or Supply Chain relates fields.Our benefitsRetirement Savings PlanEnhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave payDiscretionary annual bonusGenerous discount on our own brands and partner businessesFlexible benefits scheme including holiday buying, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and much more.
