The Assistant Sustainability Manager (ASM) supports the Sustainability Lead (SL) in tracking the progress of country sustainability priority commitments and implementing country priority programs. Other work may be assigned including support for Brands with Purpose, embedding sustainability in retail partnerships, regenerative agriculture program partnership support and other related tasks. 

Primary responsibilities and tasks cover five main areas: 

A. Waste-free world/ plastics 

B. Supplier Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (SEDI) 

C. Raising Living Standards 

D. Overall Tracking of PH Compass commitments + Reporting + Related Compass Projects 

E. SEA / C&CA Support
