We are recruiting an Assistant Team Leader to mentor and lead that team on a fixed term contract through to July 2027, although this may be extended to permanent.

We're looking for a leader who has the commitment and skills to inspire and manage our team at Lincoln.  Adapting and responding to the needs, wants, and wishes of the people we support, you'll play a key role in delivering our ambitious development plans.
