Support the General Manager of Philips Health Systems in Poland by managing administrative tasks, facilitating stakeholder communication, and contributing to organizational planning within a dynamic team environment.
**Your role:**
+ As an intern, you will play a vital role in **supporting the General Manager of Philips Health Systems in Poland** , collaborating with a diverse team of stakeholders from various functions.
+ **Administrative Tasks:** Execute administrative responsibilities such as creating purchase orders, assisting in travel booking and expense reconciliation, managing financial transactions, handling correspondence, overseeing office supplies, or managing mailing lists.
+ **Managerial Support** : Help in managing calendars, organizing internal meetings, and based on your availability and willingness, have the opportunity to participate in high-level management meetings. There is also the possibility to engage in external events, client meetings, and support the events/marketing team if interested.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You are actively pursuing studies with an open-minded approach to learning.
+ You are available for at least 20-25 hours per week, part of which may be on-site in the Warsaw office.
+ You are fluent in Polish and English.
+ You are a highly organized problem-solver who takes the initiative in resolving issues and improving processes.
+ You possess excellent communication skills and feel comfortable in making independent decisions.

**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
