The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the real estate assets portfolio managers (REAPMs), who manage Publix’s controlled and managed real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities include:coordinating daily real estate matters and exterior property duties for Publix-owned and controlled locations for routine and non-routine repairsproviding daily support for the REAPMs regarding real estate and property management duties for all Publix-owned and Publix-controlled locationscoordinating the training of existing associates on new processes, as well as onboarding and training schedules for new associatesmaintaining the property management SharePoint page and the access provided to various business parties.
