Assistant Treasury Manager
Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a talented finance professional for the role of an Assistant Treasury Manager. This individual will carry out the day-to-day treasury functions and responsibilities to ensure the policies and procedures associated with all the financial responsibilities of the organization are met.

This position will be remotely based in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out day-to-day treasury functions, including preparing the daily cash report, reconciling disbursement account, setting daily cash position and transfer/invest funds accordingly. 10%
- Prepare monthly reports of investments held by the organization and present them to management. 5%
- Research funds and other investment products for appropriateness and compliance with the organization’s investment policy. 5%
- Assist and coordinate with accounts payable to process payments via wire, ACH and checks including ensuring all disbursements meet the organization requirements. 40%
- Prepare and present daily and weekly cash forecast with VP of Finance. 5%
- Serve as primary contact for financial institutions. Establish new relationships as needed. 10%
- Work with various departments to structure and establish new accounts for various programs. 10%
- Set-up and monitor user access and overall banking administration for banks on-line systems. 5%
- Prepare endowment annual report of activity and recommendation for distribution. 5%
- Work with bank to establish and maintain credit facilities as needed by the organization. 5%


Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of treasury management/analysis experience for a federated organization.
- Detailed oriented.
- Strong in both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with all levels within the organization.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment utilizing multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines.

The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance. For work locations in the US, the hiring range for this position is $57,000/year. to $68,000/year.
