Responsibilities:

Review, analyze, accept or reject risks of the Property business Develop and maintain relationships with producers to encourage the submission of targeted business, obtain necessary underwriting information and promote satisfactory service Demonstrate analytical skills and ability to evaluate and judge underwriting Property risks within written authority Encourage the submission of targeted business; obtain necessary underwriting information and promote satisfactory service Exercise interpersonal skills to be capable of dealing with all levels of producers, customers and staff within Chubb

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline At least 2 years of underwriting experience in Property is preferred Proactive, independent, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skill Superior problem resolution and decision-making skills Adaptable to change and embraces change Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment and promote high morale within the team Customer centric with a passion for execution Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal; ability to communicate to a variety of levels within the company and externally as required Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Candidate with more experience will be considered as Underwriter Fresh Graduate is also welcome
