JLL Value and Risk Advisory is seeking to fill an Assistant Valuer position for 2025.

What this job involves:
We are looking for an Assistant Valuer to work with our Alternative Investments – Australia team based in our Sydney office. Alternative Investments is a national team responsible for transactions, valuations & advisory across sectors including Aged Care, Retirement Living, Healthcare, Student Accommodation, Co-Living, Build-to-Rent, Data Centres, Self-Storage & Renewable Energy.
You will be supporting an active team of valuers, consultants and agents, where you will provide hands-on support across a range of valuation functions.

Provision of timely, accurate valuations under supervision, to support the Alternative Investments Valuation and Advisory Services teamUndertaking data verification and auditCompiling and verifying market evidence for reportsPrepare, edit and modify computer cash flow modelsPrepare, edit and modify valuation reportsProvide direct assistance as required to enable the Valuations team to effectively undertake its functionsAttend client functions and seminars; andLeverage research capacity by circulating relevant market data and sales analysisSound like you? You will need to have completed or be in the third year of your property related tertiary studies and be looking to become a fully qualified valuer at the completion of your tertiary studies and be eligible to be registered as a Certified Practising Valuer. Strong written, verbal communication and analytical skills are sought after, as is a willingness to learn and have an enquiring mind. Attention to detail, team orientated and a flexible attitude will ensure your success in the role.
