Job Summary
The Assistant Hospital Manager is a co-leader and an integral member of the veterinary hospital management team. The Assistant Hospital Manager partners with the Hospital Manager and the Managing DVM to provide a smooth and profitable operation by driving revenue and managing costs while creating a hospital culture based on high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service. The AHM will offer support across all shifts ensuring that the hospital always has a leader on-site for team, client, and patient support.

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred1-3 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experienceExperience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting in positions of increased responsibility is a plus
