We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Actuarial, Health Pricing and Portfolio Management.
Principal Responsibilities
Assist management in achieving business goals through financial assessments and efficient pricing strategiesProvide monitoring updates on business performance and profitability trends to senior stakeholders. This includes inflation studies, actual vs expected studies for all products, understanding the key profitability/loss drivers and providing recommendationsLead the technical pricing for Integrated Shield Plans, Individual Health and Employee Benefits products. Ensure compliance requirements are met and accurate system implementationManage data for pricing, analytical and monitoring purposesOwnership of the Employee Benefits pricing tool with the objective of continuously improving it in terms of technical accuracy and efficiencySupport Employee Benefits Large Quotation Review which exceeds underwriters' authority limit. Provide financial assessments for various company initiatives such as campaigns
