We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategist to lead the development and execution of an AI-first GTM strategy for our sales organization. This team focuses on selling cutting-edge solutions to organizations with annual revenues under $10 billion. This role will combine strategic thinking, technology expertise, and sales enablement to create an AI-driven approach that transforms the prospecting and sales process, improves efficiency, and delivers measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop AI-first GTM Strategy:
Design a comprehensive GTM strategy that leverages AI tools and technologies to enhance sales processes, including prospecting, persona identification, outreach, and pain-point discovery.
Define and implement an AI-enabled framework for identifying opportunities and tailoring value propositions.
Build Scalable AI-driven Solutions:
Architect AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into the sales process to enable automation, decision-making, and personalized engagements.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to design tools that improve pipeline generation, lead scoring, and sales forecasting.
Enable Sales Teams:
Develop self-service, AI-powered sales tools that allow the team to navigate key sales moments independently.
Create training programs to help sales teams leverage AI solutions effectively.
Drive adoption and measure impact across the sales organization.
Market Analysis and Insights:
Use AI-driven analytics to generate actionable market insights, identify trends, and refine sales strategies.
Monitor competitor activities and AI advancements to ensure the GTM strategy remains cutting-edge.
Collaboration and Alignment:
Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to align GTM initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Act as a bridge between sales and technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Measure Success:
Establish KPIs to track the performance of AI-first initiatives, including lead conversion rates, sales cycle efficiency, and revenue growth.
Continuously optimize AI solutions and processes based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Relevant years of experience in sales strategy, AI solution development, or GTM execution, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning applications, and sales automation tools.
Proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience working with organizations in the mid-market sector (revenue <$10 billion) is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to design scalable AI-first approaches.
Proficient in leveraging AI/ML models to generate actionable insights for sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and AI-driven applications.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
