Assistant Vice President, Aon Credit Solution

The Opportunity Focus on performing renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for significant deals within assigned accounts, while also addressing customer challenges Responsibilities + Business Development: responsible for generating new business through networking, client referrals, and marketing campaigns. This includes attending trader conferences and posting credit insights on LinkedIn. This will include but not limited to: + Assisting in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. + Supporting the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials. + Collaborating on strategies to expand our client portfolio. + Client Management : The role involves managing relationships with existing clients and ensuring high client retention rates. This includes understanding client needs and providing tailored credit solutions. This would include: + Managing day-to-day interactions and inquiries from our clients. + Providing timely support for limit management and policy management, claims handling, and related documentation. + Ensuring high-quality service delivery to maintain and enhance client satisfaction. + Collaboration : work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client management. + Market Analysis : staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats. This includes understanding pricing trends, client retention rates, and innovation in credit solutions + Regulatory Compliance : ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards is a key responsibility. This includes staying informed about new regulations and their potential impact on the business + Reporting and Documentation : responsible for preparing reports and documentation related to business development activities, client interactions, and market analysis.
