Position Description:Under the direction of the Chief Experience Officer, the Assistant Vice President, Branch Administration leads and oversees the operations, sales, and service excellence provided in five Harvard FCU branch locations. This role supervises Branch Managers, providing leadership, coaching, and development to ensure branches deliver exceptional member experiences, achieve strategic objectives, and operate efficiently. The AVP will foster a culture of service excellence and constructive sales growth, while ensuring operational soundness, compliance, and continuous improvement. Duties include: Service Excellence Culture & Member Experience: + Champion a service-first culture across all branch locations, ensuring every interaction reflects Harvard FCU’s commitment to exceptional, personalized member experiences. + Drive operational consistency and high-quality service delivery by implementing and monitoring service standards and feedback processes. + Collaborate with teams to identify member needs and deliver solutions that build loyalty, satisfaction, and deeper relationships. + Ensure effective member feedback loops are in place, enabling Harvard FCU to proactively respond to changing needs. + Lead by example to deliver exceptional, consistent member experiences. Sales Through Service Leadership: + Develop and communicate branch and individual performance goals that align with Harvard FCU’s strategic focus on member growth and constructive sales. + Inspire and empower staff to achieve growth targets by focusing on consultative, value-based sales approaches that prioritize member needs and trust. + Partner with Branch Managers to implement strategies that promote the cross-selling of products and services, while maintaining a customer-first mindset. + Actively support and promote Harvard FCU marketing programs and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and attract new memberships within the Harvard community and beyond. Operational Excellence & Compliance: + Oversee and monitor all branch operations through direct supervision of Branch Managers, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce friction points, and streamline processes. + Ensure operational safety, security, and soundness, including adherence to robbery protocols, fraud prevention practices, and compliance with all federal and state regulations. + Manage Harvard FCU’s IRA program, ensuring annual reporting compliance, mandatory distributions, and staff training on IRA policies and regulations. + Actively participate in decisions related to retail products, systems, policies, and vendor selection to ensure operational alignment with strategic goals. + Ensure proper staffing levels across all branches, optimizing personnel resources to maintain service levels and coverage.
