Assistant Vice President, Disputes-Fraud Operations

The role holder holds oversight for the Disputes and Fraud Operations teams in the GSC. Is responsible for providing effective oversight by providing cohesive leadership of the teams and managing key stakeholder relationships. The role holder is responsible for the GSC teams distributed across multiple locations including Mexico, Bangalore, Kolkata Manila.

As our Trusted Sources and Flow Leadyou will:

Work closely with Head of Fraud Operations and peers to help draw up and implement strategic initiatives for the business and contribute towards the overall goals of OperationsDevelop, drive and implement best practice in respect of communication between the GSC Disputes/Fraud Ops team and other team areasEstablishes and leads an effective, high performing team through communication, performance management, and development planning and reward/recognition practicesOversee operational performance - business outcomes, operational risk. Leverage best practices and operational efficiencies across teamsContinually review existing processes for opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Manages the effective communication and execution of the strategyReview audit reports, compliance reviews and QA controls within the operational risk database and take appropriate action regarding any significant exceptionsDeal with issues for which, at times, there is no clear-cut solution whilst still being able to provide judgement and clear direction.


For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $77,100.00 and $115,600.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
