Job Responsibilities:

Work with senior HR Business Partner / HR Advisor on strategic planning and on the development of human resources strategies that support the unit's business needsWorks with managers in forecasting and planning talent requirements in line with the business strategyCollaborate proactively with managers on the day-to-day activity of all aspects of human resources managementAdvise on regulations in hiring, termination, performance management, and compensationResponsible for ensuring adherence to performance management policies and proceduresConsult on employee relations counseling, people and culture issuesParticipate in the implementation of career management programsProvide guidance regarding HR practices and ethicsWork closely with HRBP to drive business unit engagement in HR enterprise-wide strategic initiativesEnsure effective communication of issues, operating plans and responsibilities among employees and leadership to facilitate efficient execution of HR programsShare and support best practices and compliance with talent lifecycle activities, including annual performance review and succession planningManage organization structure changes and talent integration
Manage specific projects as required, and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives

Job Requirements:

Degree qualifiedMinimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist from Banking and Finance Sector
 

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and proceduresGood understanding of the hiring process and talent lifecycle, annual review process covering both performance and compensation, and succession planningUnderstanding of and familiarity with HR best practicesKnowledge of employment/labor laws and current regulationsExperience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), database management and record keepingDemonstrated employee relations skillsProject management, communication and presentation skills
